I was able to track the collector, and I was lucky enough that he agreed to meet me and show me his collection.
He is a middle aged man, professional, and a board member of several established private & public shareholding companies. He is married with three children, and his eldest is a sophomore at KU. His wife is also a career oriented woman.
I was really surprised with his collection, since what I saw on the web is only 25% of his entire collection. I asked him why he does not post the rest, he said that time is a factor. He started his collection and established his site when he was in the US, and during that period he had some spare time to post.
I hope that one day he will show his entire collection in a gallery, even though I suspect that there will be much interest for it in the region.
