This is how I prepare chicken.

Put them in a bowl, squeeze lemon on them, and add salt. Sprinkle dried mint then let them sit for a couple of hours in the fridge. Don't leave them outside as you might run into contamination problem. I sometimes add diced onions too for flavor, others add dried chili (I don't like chili).

For steaks, it's really simple. Brush both sides with soy sauce and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. It could be less, you can brush the SS and BBQ.

You missed the memo, my friend Cajie. The best part of BBQing is BBQing itself.

A loooooooooooooooooooooooooong long time ago, I was shopping at the local co-op when I found a bbq chicken flavored sandwich from Americana. It tasted so good. I only had it that one time and haven't found it since. I've searched high-and-low in all the places that sell american sandwiches but I have yet to see it. Even after all these years (about 8 or so). I'm starting to believe I imagined the whole thing. If anyone find the missing bbq sandwich courtesy of Americana, please contact me. You will be rewarded (not really).
